The role covers a diverse range of financial assignments, including: • Guiding Irish banks and non-bank lenders through the securitisation of portfolios consisting of residential mortgages and car loans. • Assisting international banks and financial institutions in various structured finance transactions, • Supporting private equity, credit and hedge funds, and institutional clients. • Advising on CLO transactions. • Collaborating with investment funds and tax teams to provide structuring solutions for private equity and institutional credit and asset managers. • Providing legal advice on regulatory matters related to the practice group.
