A large law firm in Dublin has a great new opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join their market leading Knowledge Management Division as Senior Knowledge Lawyer (PSL). The Senior Knowledge Lawyer will support their market leading Employment Practice.

 

In this role you will work closely with the business leaders, including Partners and the Knowledge team and it requires excellent communication and research to ensure the team is aware of legal and regulatory development across the employment law sector. The firm would give you a fantastic opportunity to be part of the cutting edge of knowledge and practice development in Ireland’s private practice market.

 

The role would suit an experienced employment lawyer who ideally has some knowledge management experience and seeking to take the next step. The firm is also open to consider a lawyer seeking to make the initial transition to a non-fee earning role of Knowledge Management.  

 

·     You will be a qualified Solicitor with min 6+ years' PQE.

·     You will have an in depth understanding of a large law firm employment law practice.

·     You will have excellent research skills and be comfortable presenting to all levels of seniority.

·     You will be commercially aware with a good understanding of business issues faced by clients.

·     Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also important.
