A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced finance lawyer to join its Finance and Capital Markets team in Dublin as a Knowledge Lawyer. This is a permanent role offering genuine flexibility, including hybrid working, flexible hours and the potential for a four-day working week.
This opportunity is well suited to a lawyer who enjoys the technical aspects of finance law and wants to move beyond fee-earning, while remaining closely connected to complex, high-quality transactional work. The role plays a key part in shaping and developing the team’s legal expertise.

Applicants should be qualified in Ireland or the UK with at least 4–5 years’ PQE, gained in a leading law firm or equivalent environment, and experience in finance, banking or capital markets.
