We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Construction Lawyer for its growing Dublin office. This appointment reflects the firm's continued success, expanding client base, and ambitious growth plans in Ireland.



This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Construction team advising on some of the most significant and complex projects in the market. The Role

You will advise a broad range of domestic and international clients on high-profile non-contentious construction matters, with opportunities to gain exposure to contentious construction work where appropriate.


Your work will include:

• Advising on complex construction and engineering projects.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and development agreements.

• Advising on PPP/PFI and other major infrastructure projects.

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the firm to deliver commercially focused legal advice.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.


You


You will ideally have:

• 3-4 years’ PQE in construction law gained with a leading law firm. Other PQE levels will also be considered.

• Strong experience advising on non-contentious construction matters.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• A collaborative mindset and a desire to work within a high-performing, supportive team.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
