The successful candidate will join a collegiate team, advising domestic and international lenders and borrowers across a wide spectrum of finance transactions. The practice covers real estate investment and development finance, fund finance, corporate debt, leveraged/acquisition finance, refinancings and restructurings.


The role offers high-quality exposure to complex, market-visible matters and the opportunity to build a strong profile within the Dublin and global network.

Candidates should have 3–5 years’ PQE in banking and finance from a leading Dublin or major international firm, commercial awareness and a team-orientated mindset.
