The role
You will advise on a broad range of matters including:
- Data protection and cybersecurity issues arising from M&A and commercial transactions
- Data subject rights, international transfers, breaches, ePrivacy and regulatory investigations
- EU AI Act, governance, risk assessments and responsible AI frameworks
- Client training, regulatory updates and strategic advisory work
You will also work closely with the firm's international group, gaining valuable experience on cross-border and global projects.
The ideal candidate
You will ideally have 4-6 years' specialist Data/Privacy experience, gained in private practice or in-house, although more experienced candidates will also be considered.
You will combine strong technical expertise with commercial judgement, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a genuine interest in the rapidly evolving worlds of AI, cybersecurity and digital regulation.
