Employment Partner – International Firm – Dublin

Mia Barry • March 10, 2026

A thriving and well established international firm in Dublin has an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to lead their employment practice.

This is not a stand-alone role, as you would be part of one of the largest employment law teams in the UK with over 100 lawyers in employment. This practice has an important international aspect of their client base whereof Ireland form an integral part.

You will lead the Irish employment practice and service and nurture the enviable client base, acting for sophisticated large international clients including investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers and big healthcare providers and other household name corporates.

It will suit a lawyer who brings energy and enjoys collaboration. Someone who is keen to put their own mark on a practice, with the continued support of one of the largest employment practices in the UK. They continue to exceed targets and they have a strong five year plan ahead – of which the Dublin practice plays an integral plan.

They are a warm and welcoming firm and offers a highly attractive remuneration package for the right individual.

If you are an employment lawyer who is either ready to step up to Partner level or an already established Partner – who would like to be in charge of your own destiny in a thriving firm, then please get in touch for a confidential and discreet chat.

Interested applicants should contact Mia Barry in strict confidence on +353 87 6021890 or send your CV to mbarry@keanemcdonald.com. Absolute discretion is assured.
