Employment Associate 1PQE+ | Dublin

Malwina Kempa • March 2, 2026

We are working with a fast-growing international law firm seeking an Associate to join its Employment team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative office at an exciting stage of growth and work closely with both the local team and a well-established international employment practice.

The role will involve a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including advisory support, corporate transactions, restructurings, workplace investigations and representation before the WRC and courts. You will also have the opportunity to assist on cross-border projects and work alongside colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

The Employment team itself is growing in response to strong client demand, making this hire an important part of its continued development.

This position would suit a junior solicitor from a large domestic or international firm with solid employment law experience and an interest in international, multi-jurisdictional work. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and keen to build their career within a genuinely global platform.

If you are looking for high-quality work, international exposure and the chance to grow with an ambitious team, this is a role worth exploring.
