A leading Irish law firm is seeking an Energy Associate to join its highly regarded Energy team. The team advises on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland, with a strong focus on energy transition, security and large-scale development work.


This role offers excellent exposure to high-profile transactions across both renewable and conventional energy sectors, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers in a collaborative, modern environment.


The Role

·     Advising sponsors, lenders and developers on the development, financing and construction of large-scale energy infrastructure projects

·     Working on energy-related M&A and transactional matters

·     Advising on regulatory and development issues impacting the energy sector

·     Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the firm


About You

·     Newly qualified solicitor with 1 PQE+

·     Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction or M&A matters (private practice or in-house)

·     Strong interest in building a long-term career in energy and infrastructure law

·     Commercially minded with strong drafting and communication skills

·     Motivated, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team
