Company Secretary, Top-tier Law Firm - Dublin

Malwina Kempa • March 31, 2026

I am working with a top-tier law firm with a strong reputation across a range of sectors, currently looking to bring in a Company Secretary to join their growing team. It is a really nice environment, collaborative, professional, and with a genuine focus on development and progression.

This role sits within a well-established team that works closely with the wider legal function, so the work is quite integrated and commercially focused. It is less about pure transactional filings and more about advising clients on governance, compliance, and best practice.

The role:
You will be supporting a sophisticated client base, providing company secretarial and governance advice, and getting involved in a broad mix of work. There is a strong pipeline of clients and a clear path to progress as the team continues to grow.

What they’re looking for:

•      CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) qualification

•      Around 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

•      Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

•      Comfortable managing deadlines and taking ownership of your work

•      Good communicator, someone who builds relationships easily

•      A team player who enjoys what they do

It is a great opportunity if you are looking to step into a role where you will get more exposure on the advisory side and be part of a team that is continuing to expand.

To learn more about this new opportunity, contact Malwina Kempa in strict confidence on +353 87427 8751 or send your CV to mkempa@keanemcdonald.com.
