Procurement Solicitor (Associate) - Dublin

Malwina Kempa • April 2, 2026

I’m working with a leading firm in Dublin that is looking to add a Solicitor to its highly regarded Public Procurement team. This is a well-established group, known for advising on some of the largest and most high-profile procurement projects in the market, particularly across infrastructure and technology.

The team works closely with public bodies, utilities and private sector clients, supporting them across the full procurement lifecycle, from structuring and running processes through to handling challenges and disputes where they arise. You will also work alongside a strong disputes team on procurement litigation matters.

It is a genuinely collaborative environment where people work closely together and are encouraged to get involved from an early stage. The firm places a strong emphasis on development, with clear progression opportunities.

The role:

You’ll get exposure to a broad mix of work, including:

•      Advising on procurement strategy and regulatory requirements

•      Drafting and reviewing tender documentation

•      Supporting clients throughout procurement processes

•      Advising on procurement challenges and related litigation

•      Working across areas like contract law, construction and State aid

What they are looking for:

•      Around 1+ years’ PQE, ideally with some exposure to public procurement

•      Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

•      Someone who can manage their own workload but also works well as part of a team

•      Good commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving

•      An interest in regulatory frameworks and complex projects

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, growing team and get involved in really interesting, large-scale work, with plenty of support as you develop your career.
