About the role

Joining the firm's growing real estate team the successful candidate will be responsible for:

·     Managing a variety of Commercial Property matters

·     Advising clients and maintain a high standard of service

·     Dealing with sale purchases, leases, transfers, agreements, licences and drafting statutory notices

·     Preparing advice for matters

·     General case work as required


About you

The ideal candidate will have:

·     Minimum 2 years PQE

·     Leasing experience

·     Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure adhering to deadlines
