Our client, a well-regarded Energy, Infrastructure and Projects team is looking for an associate to join their team.

The team advises governments, corporations and financial institutions on significant transactions across transport, social infrastructure, renewables, traditional energy and resources.

You will work closely with a highly regarded senior partner on a broad range of complex matters including:

• Infrastructure project advisory

• Procurement and project structuring

• Development and financing of large-scale infrastructure and corporate projects

• Cross-practice collaboration on related matters

The ideal candidate:

• You have 3+ years’ PQE at a large commercial law firm and you are a team player that are comfortable working across all levels.

• You have strong drafting, technical and problem-solving skills

• You are able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and advisers

• You have a genuine interest in the infrastructure and energy sectors and a desire to build a long-term career in this space

Experience in infrastructure, projects or construction is highly regarded, though not essential.
