We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Associate, on behalf of our client, to join their Sydney office.


With at least 5+ years’ post-admission experience in private practice, you bring sound judgment, initiative, and a practical approach to solving legal and commercial problems. You’re confident leading complex matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and working directly with clients across a wide range of industries.


The Role

 

In this role you will work closely with clients, with the support of a paralegal, to:


  • Lead high-quality commercial and corporate matters end-to-end
  • Draft and review agreements including leases, shareholder agreements, service contracts, and T&Cs
  • Advise clients on governance, structuring, capital raising, and risk
  • Support and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
  • Help foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
