A busy and well-established general practice firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive to join its growing team.

 

This role would suit someone who is confident, hands-on and able to manage conveyancing matters independently from start to finish.

 

The Role

·      Managing conveyancing transactions from sale agreed through to completion and post-completion

·      Handling residential conveyancing files independently

·      Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents

·      Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements

·      Working closely with Partners and the wider team in a busy practice

 

Experience Required

·      Strong conveyancing experience is essential

·      Ideally 5+ years’ experience, provided you are fully competent

·      Must be able to hit the ground running

·      Training will be provided on internal systems

·      FE-1 candidates will not be considered
