The role

The team is seeking an experienced Funds Solicitor (1-2 PQE) join their Dublin office. The role will cover a broad range of legal work across Irish fund structures, including UCITS and AIFs, which span fixed income, equity, asset allocation, and ETFs. This position is part of the European Legal team, supporting fund complexes, global distribution, and wider business activities across the EMEA region.


  • Provide legal support for the structuring, distribution, and governance of Irish funds across EMEA and global markets
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund agreements and other fund related documentation
  • Manage offering documentation for new funds, amendments to existing funds, and fund terminations, alongside related global regulatory filings and shareholder communications
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including client-facing teams, fund teams, business management, service providers, and outside counsel, to ensure smooth processes
  • Deliver high-quality legal guidance and general support to enable the effective functioning of the legal team
  • Maintain exceptional service standards for clients across all interactions


Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified funds solicitor (1-3 PQE) OR;
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role/legal support capacity in asset management & investment funds, in-house or within private practice
