This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in commercial contracts, data protection or digital regulation to work on sophisticated, cross-border matters alongside some of the best in the market.


You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-partner international team advising clients across the technology, media, entertainment and life sciences sectors. The work is diverse, high-profile and intellectually engaging - with a strong emphasis on commercial and regulatory innovation.


The Role:

·     Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology contracts

·     Advise clients on data protection, privacy, and digital regulatory matters

·     Work closely with global colleagues on cross-border transactions and advisory projects

·     Support business development initiatives and client relationship management


About You:

·     2–5 years’ PQE with a leading Irish or international firm

·     Solid experience in commercial, data protection or regulatory work

·     A commercial, pragmatic approach with a keen interest in the technology sector

·     Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
