A leading international law firm with a strong presence in Dublin is seeking a Junior Solicitor (0–2 PQE) to join its Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work with a global client base and gain exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions.
The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, project finance, and structured finance
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary finance documents.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
- Supporting clients that include major financial institutions, international corporations, and private equity firms.
The Candidate:
- Newly qualified or up to 2 years’ PQE with solid training in banking/finance or related practice areas.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to build strong client relationships.
