We are currently assisting a leading international firm with an exciting addition of an Environment & Planning Lawyer due to continued growth and success.


This is an opportunity for an experienced Planning and Environmental or Public/Admin lawyer to build on an established and well known practice within the firm’s Regulatory department in a well-defined and operationally excellent structure.


In this role, you will act in planning judicial review proceedings brought against state agencies and authorities and you will provide high-quality legal advice to clients on all aspects of planning and environmental law. The team is involved with high court litigation and high profile and exciting work.


You will have a number of years’ experience from a leading Panning & Environmental Practice. Or you will come from a Pubic and Administrative law background.

You will be very familiar with judicial reviews and be confident in managing these.
