Working alongside market-leading partners, you will advise on some of the region's most significant and complex commercial disputes, acting for multinational corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities, and high-net-worth clients. The role offers exposure to high-value cross-border litigation, international arbitration, and strategic dispute resolution matters spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

·      Advising clients on complex commercial disputes across a range of sectors.

·      Assisting with and leading aspects of high-value international litigation matters.

·      Working on major institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, including proceedings under leading international arbitration rules.

·      Managing case strategy, evidence, witness preparation, and expert coordination.

·      Drafting pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, and advocacy materials.

·      Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's international network on multi-jurisdictional disputes.

·      Building and maintaining strong client relationships with leading regional and international businesses.

You

·      Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).

·      Qualified in a recognised common law jurisdiction.

·      Training and experience gained at a top-tier international or leading domestic law firm.

·      Strong litigation and/or arbitration experience with exposure to complex commercial disputes.

·      Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.

·      Outstanding academic credentials.

·      Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, international environment.
