A leading Dublin law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its market-leading Knowledge Management team as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer (PSL), supporting the firm's highly regarded Employment Practice.


This is an exceptional opportunity for an employment law specialist to leverage their expertise in a strategic, non-fee-earning role. Working closely with Partners, practice leaders, and the wider Knowledge team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining best-in-class knowledge resources, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of legal and market developments.


The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal research, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives, and contributing to the continued excellence of the firm's Employment Practice.


Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.

• Strong employment law experience gained within a leading corporate law firm.

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with the confidence to present to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of the business challenges faced by clients.

• A genuine interest in knowledge management and its role in driving legal excellence.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
