A leading global law firm is seeking a motivated Construction & Engineering Associate (0–3 PQE) to join its expanding Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major construction, energy, infrastructure, and development projects — both contentious and non-contentious — alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the field.


The Role

  • Advise on all stages of construction projects including procurement, project management, mid-stream claims (EOT and similar), and dispute resolution.
  • Draft and negotiate construction contracts and ancillary agreements (including RIAI, NEC, and design appointments).
  • Support on project finance, real estate, and corporate transactions with construction elements.
  • Work on high-profile Irish and international projects for developers, contractors, and funders.


About You

  • 0–3 years’ PQE in a leading firm or in-house team with exposure to construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
  • Solid experience drafting and negotiating construction documents.
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
