An established international firm with a genuinely entrepreneurial, progressive culture is looking to hire a Finance Associate to join its growing Dublin team.


This is a standout opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner who advises on a broad mix of capital markets and structured finance transactions, while benefiting from a flat structure and real responsibility from day one.


You will advise on a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance matters, including:

  • CLO transactions
  • RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures
  • Fund-linked structured products
  • Repackagings and platform transactions
  • Debt issuance programmes
  • Regulatory matters impacting structured finance vehicles (including EU regulatory frameworks and disclosure requirements)


You will work with leading international clients and collaborate across practice areas, gaining hands-on exposure to high-quality, cross-border transactions.


Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ years’ PQE (Ireland or UK)
  • Experience in finance, DCM, structured finance or securitisation
  • Strong drafting skills and solid technical grounding
  • Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for building a career in structured finance
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
