We are working with a top-tier international law firm in Dublin seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its leading Real Estate practice. The firm has a large and well established Real Estate team advising on some of the most significant property transactions in the country, acting for corporates, banks, developers, state agencies, multinationals, and investors.
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team offering sophisticated legal solutions across the full property life cycle—from acquisitions and disposals, development deals, leasing, real estate finance, and corporate real estate transactions.
The role
- Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property law including sales, purchases, leases, development projects, and financing.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, licences, leases, transfers, and statutory notices.
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property clients with a focus on high-quality, timely legal advice.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Conduct legal research and provide tailored written advice.
- Participate actively in business development initiatives for the property team.
- Maintain high standards of legal practice and compliance with internal procedures.
You
- 3-6 PQE with strong experience in commercial real estate.
- Trained and/or working in a large or medium-sized corporate law firm.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
- Strong drafting skills—particularly in leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Commercially astute, client-focused, and solutions-oriented.
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
