They are now seeking a highly skilled Legal Executive to provide support at the most senior levels of the organisation.


About the role:

This is a varied, fast-paced role that blends high-level executive support with legal administration, board coordination, and company secretarial responsibilities. It requires exceptional organisational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.

  • Provide direct support to the CEO & CLO, including diary and inbox management, scheduling, and travel management
  • Prepare presentations
  • Expense management
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Liaising with facilities
  • Providing IT assistance
  • Attend board meetings and take minutes
  • Document management
  • Invoicing


About you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal support (Legal Assistant, Legal Executive or Company Secretary related roles)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
