Senior Risk Advisor/Auditor – professional services - Dublin

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional, focusing on risk advisory, internal audit, and process improvement across our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with an auditing qualification and a strong grasp of regulatory and compliance standards, ideally within financial services or professional services.


What you’ll do:

·      Perform audits, reviews, and testing of key operational processes and controls

·      Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations

·      Monitor areas of regulatory interest and ensure compliance with evolving requirements

·      Analyse delivery practices for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with SLAs/KPIs

·      Identify and recommend process improvements and support remediation efforts

·      Collaborate with finance and jurisdiction leads to address gaps and minimise risk

·      Prepare clear management reporting on audit activities and outcomes


What we’re looking for:

·      ACA, ACCA, IIA, or equivalent audit qualification

·      3+ years’ experience in auditing, risk, or compliance (financial services or professional services preferred)

·      Strong understanding of offshore regulatory environments (an advantage)

·      Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to analyse complex data sets


Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings clearly.
