The firm is enjoying great success across the mid-market in Ireland and is competing at the very top end of corporate business transactions. It is an open and collegiate firm offering a fantastic opportunity to get exposure across a wide variety of markets.

About the role

Duties will include but not limited to:

·     File management

·     Document preparation, drafting and amending

·     Filing

·     Dictation

·     Liaising with clients and managing correspondence

·     Registering deeds, managing applications to the Land Registry and Stamp Duty returns

·     General secretarial administration as required

The ideal candidate will have

·     Experienced Legal Secretary with experience supporting across property law

·     Advanced MS Office Skills

·     High level of attention to details, excellent communication and organisational skills
