A growing firm with a long established top tier practice is seeking an experienced Banking Lawyer to join their market leading Knowledge Management Team as Knowledge Lawyer (PSL). The Knowledge Lawyer will support their leading Banking & Finance Practice areas.

 

The firm enjoys a strong team focus and collaborative culture with exciting and stimulating work, where your input will make a difference. 

 

In this role, you will work closely with the business leaders, including Partners and the Knowledge team, and it requires constant communication and research to ensure the knowledge base is the best it can be. This is an opportunity for either an experienced Knowledge Lawyer from a large firm, or it may suit an experienced banking/finance lawyer to step into a non-fee earning role. Either way, the firm wants you to share your wealth of knowledge of the banking legal industry as you continue to develop with the firm.

 

·      You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 6+ years' PQE.

·      You will have an in depth understanding of a large law firm banking/finance practice.

·      You will have excellent research skills and be comfortable presenting to all levels of seniority.

·      You will be commercially aware with a good understanding of business issues faced by clients.

·      You will have a deep appreciation of the importance of effective knowledge management in a law firm.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also important. 

·      You will appreciate that technology is becoming an important and valued skill.
