An established international law firm with a significant and growing presence in Dublin is seeking an ambitious Technology Partner to establish and lead its Technology practice.
This is a unique opportunity to join the firm at an exciting stage of its growth, shaping a new practice area while leveraging the strength of an already highly regarded Corporate team and a broad international platform.
For a partner with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong reputation in the Irish technology market, this role offers the chance to build something distinctive with the full support of an internationally recognised firm.
The Opportunity
As the firm's first dedicated Technology Partner in Dublin, you will:
- Lead the development and growth of a market-leading Technology practice.
- Advise clients across a broad range of technology matters, including commercial technology contracts, digital transformation projects, software and SaaS agreements, data-driven transactions, intellectual property strategy, outsourcing, and technology-related M&A.
- Work closely with an established and successful Corporate practice that provides significant opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration.
- Build and mentor a specialist team as the practice expands.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's international network to deliver seamless, cross-border advice.
The firm has a clear strategic commitment to investing in Ireland and recognises the growing importance of the technology sector to its clients and future growth plans.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
- An established Partner or senior lawyer ready to step into partnership with a recognised profile in the Irish technology market.
- Experienced in advising technology companies, investors, multinational organisations and high-growth businesses on a wide range of technology and commercial matters.
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to create and shape a practice from the ground up.
- Collaborative in approach and keen to work alongside others and wider international network.
