• Be an established Corporate Partner with a strong reputation in the Irish market.
• Have extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.
• Bring an established client base and a track record of generating and maintaining high-quality work.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen, strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to business development.
• Be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a growing and ambitious international firm.
