Our client is a fast-growing advisory firm and part of a global network, providing audit, tax, and consulting services to domestic and international mid-market clients. They are looking for an ambitious graduate or postgraduate to join their expanding Company Secretarial team.


The Role:
This position offers exposure to senior management in Irish and global businesses, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing statutory filings, including annual returns and ad hoc forms
  • Maintaining company registers and Minute Books
  • Supporting board, AGM, and EGM meetings
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, solicitors, and internal teams
  • Assisting with billing, debt collection, filing, archiving, and administrative duties
  • Participating in structured on-the-job training and completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance leading to The Chartered Governance Institute qualification


Ideal Candidate:

  • Third-level degree (Law, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in completing the Chartered Governance qualification
