We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a boutique law firm in the southeast of Ireland. Their dedicated and talented team is seeking a confident and ambitious Solicitor with client-focused mindset to advise clients on all aspects on conveyancing.
Responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing transactions involving the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Facilitating and advise on financing arrangements for property transactions and developments.
• Providing legal counsel on property investment and joint venture arrangements.
• Managing commercial leasing agreements and related landlord and tenant matters.
• Advising on and managing private residential tenancy agreements and related issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 0 – 2 PQE conveyancing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and problem solving skills.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in teams as well as independently.
