Receptionist – International Law Firm, Dublin
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join a leading international law firm known for its work in corporate, tech, IP, and employment law.
In this varied role, you’ll be the face of the office: welcoming clients, managing meeting rooms, and keeping things running smoothly alongside the Office Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- Managing meeting room bookings, catering, and AV setups
- Handling calls, emails, mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Coordinating travel, taxis, and accommodation for staff
- Managing visitor access cards and car park bookings
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and helping with events
- Ordering supplies, liaising with contractors and building management
- Pitching in with admin and team support as needed
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in a similar front-of-house or admin role—ideally in legal, corporate, or high-end hospitality
- Are organised, proactive, and love being helpful
- Communicate clearly and confidently, in person and on the phone
- Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a great team spirit
This is a full-time, office-based role in Dublin.
