We are looking for a Special Counsel / Senior Associate in an Insurance role.
The ideal candidate:
- You will have 6+ years PQE experience
- You are an organised individual that have can manage the process from start to finish and grow the business in a team environment
- You have exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- You are detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- You have demonstrated your ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with experts in multiple fields and have proven a commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with expertise and confidence.
- Offering ongoing legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire litigation process.
