The firm has a long standing and highly reputable Employment Practice and they are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to work closely with the Head of the Practice. This opportunity will suit a Senior Associate keen to get a clear path to partnership or a Partner who is looking for space and autonomy.
The ideal candidate will have experience across both advisory and contentious employment law matters and they should be used to managing their own case-load and being responsible for dealing directly with clients. The practice handles complex and urgent instructions from a wide range of clients, including commercial enterprises, SMEs, Irish and multinational companies and senior executives.
You will have at least 6+ years’ PQE in Employment law from a highly respected practice.
You should have experience of representing clients in the High Court, Circuit Court and the employment rights bodies.
You will be interested in working collaboratively with other members of the team including providing mentoring and supervision to junior colleagues.
Your aim is to provide first class pragmatic legal advices and solutions to your clients.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and have a genuine and personable manner and a natural flair for and interest in business development.
