You will work on high-value, technically challenging matters with direct client engagement and clear responsibility for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead construction and infrastructure disputes, including multi-party matters
- You will advise on project delivery, risk, and regulatory issues across the project lifecycle
- You will develop and implement legal and commercial strategies
- You will manage client relationships and coordinate counsel and experts
- You will oversee junior lawyers and contribute to team capability
- You will be supporting business development and profile-building initiatives
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years PQE in construction, infrastructure, or commercial litigation
- You have strong experience in dispute resolution; advisory exposure is advantageous
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are commercially astute with strong communication skills
- You have the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
