We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take a leading role on complex construction and infrastructure matters, spanning project delivery, advisory, and dispute resolution.


You will work on high-value, technically challenging matters with direct client engagement and clear responsibility for outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead construction and infrastructure disputes, including multi-party matters
  • You will advise on project delivery, risk, and regulatory issues across the project lifecycle
  • You will develop and implement legal and commercial strategies
  • You will manage client relationships and coordinate counsel and experts
  • You will oversee junior lawyers and contribute to team capability
  • You will be supporting business development and profile-building initiatives

 

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years PQE in construction, infrastructure, or commercial litigation
  • You have strong experience in dispute resolution; advisory exposure is advantageous
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are commercially astute with strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
