Market leading firm with a personable and down to earth culture in a modern and friendly working environment is seeking a Disputes and Investigations Regulatory Solicitor to join their outstanding Dispute Resolution practice.
The firm has a highly acclaimed Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division and this role will cover both domestic and international commercial disputes. You will get an opportunity to get involved with complex regulatory investigations and disputes across the financial services sector. You will advise on arbitration and mediation, investigations, dawn raids and white collar crime and work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary specialist team on high value and business critical client projects.
You will have 2+ years’ PQE in Litigation & Dispute Resolution from a highly respected practice in Ireland, the UK or another common law jurisdiction.
You will have expertise in regulatory investigations including by the Central Bank of Ireland or Financial Conduct Authority, Data Protection Commissioner or the CCPC.
