We’re seeking a driven Associate or Senior Associate with 3–7 years’ experience to play a key role in our dynamic Brisbane team.
You’ll work closely with market-leading partners and gain exposure across a wide range of complex and high-value matters.
Responsibilities:
- You will advise on public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate governance
- You will gain experience working with major corporates, financial sponsors, and global investors across sectors, including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, technology, and retail
- You will be involved in managing smaller matters and support on large-scale transactions
You will have
- Experience in a top-tier, national or international firm; in-house experience also welcome
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow, learn and mentor
