The Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years PQE
- You have a passion for Commercial Law and love finding proactive solutions
- You enjoy working closely with clients, leading matters from start to finish
- You’ll take ownership of timelines, develop strong client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, with the support of a paralegal and direct guidance from a senior leader.
You’ll be drafting and reviewing a wide range of documents including:
- Commercial leases and service agreements
- Employment contracts and policies
- Licensing and IP agreements
- Capital raising and governance docs
- Terms and conditions
