The ideal candidate should have extensive regulated M&A experience from a top tier international or boutique corporate background and be high energy and team focus. Additionally, the candidate is expected to showcase outstanding analytical, technical, and drafting skills, coupled with excellent client liaison abilities.

 

This role gives the chance to work across a range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, be a guide/mentor to Associates and new hires within the team and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
