The firm has a highly acclaimed Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division and this role will cover both domestic and international commercial disputes. You will be advising technology clients in respect of disputes primarily but you will also advise on regulatory issues relating to online content on various platforms. You will also get exposure to white collar crime and work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary specialist team on high value and business critical client projects.


You will have 3+ years’ PQE in Litigation & Dispute Resolution from a highly respected practice in Ireland, the UK or another common law jurisdiction.

Although not necessary, it is an advantage if you have experience with large technology clients and an understanding of the regulatory landscape.
