We have an opportunity to join a specialist litigation team working across a broad mix of commercial disputes - contracts, class actions, shareholder issues, competition matters, and intellectual property.
What will you be doing?
- You will be working on significant, high-value disputes from early strategy through to trial and appeal
- You will be advising on risk, strategy, and resolution pathways, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- You will be collaborating closely with experienced litigators on complex legal issues, with direct reporting to a Partner.
- You will be able to take real ownership of matters and client relationships
Requirements
- You have 4–8 years’ litigation experience in a commercial setting
- You are curious, strategic, and commercially minded
- You enjoy navigating complexity and thinking beyond the obvious
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a high-performing team
