An established and growing case management organisation is seeking an experienced Administrator & Front-Line Support professional to join its dedicated team.

The Role
You will act as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing administrative support to senior leadership and case managers.
Key responsibilities include:
· Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing calls, emails and enquiries professionally and sensitively
· Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and managing busy Outlook calendars
· Supporting case managers with documentation, reports and client correspondence
· Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
· Preparing reports, presentations and complex correspondence (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Assisting with events, workshops and community engagement initiatives
· Managing office operations, supplies and general administration
· Supporting social media updates, blog posts and digital communications
· Responding calmly and efficiently in urgent or sensitive situations
About You
· Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
· Professional, warm and empathetic in your communication style
· Confident managing sensitive information with discretion
· Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently
· Positive, solutions-focused and adaptable
You will have:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or front-line role
· Experience in healthcare, case management or client-focused environments (desirable)
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with social media or digital communications (an advantage)
