We are looking for an experienced Corporate/M&A Senior Associate to join the Corporate Advisory team in Sydney.


The successful candidate will be joining the leading independent Australian law firm, focused on commerciality, technical excellence, collaborative team culture, and efficient client service. The role:

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of top-notch corporate matters including:


  • mergers and acquisitions (focused on private M&A)
  • joint ventures
  • capital raisings
  • strategic commercial arrangements
  • supply arrangements
  • corporate restructures
  • inbound and outbound international work and complex service.


You will work with clients from various industries, such as finance, consumer goods, media, tech, and renewables. You'll have the autonomy to handle cases independently and receive the support you need to thrive and advance your career.


The ideal candidate should:

  • be a Senior Associate with corporate experience, preferably acquired in a mid-large-sized law firm
  • had exposure to substantial commercial transactions involving medium to large-scale corporate clients.
  • have a drafting and technical skills
  • demonstrate excellence in client service with the ability to foster strong client relationships
  • be enthusiastic about advancing a career in Corporate Advisory law within a collaborative team culture.
