- You enjoy collaborating closely with senior lawyers and enjoy mentoring younger lawyers.
- You have strong experience in property development and commercial transactions, including end-to-end commercial, retail, industrial and residential property transactions.
- You enjoy advising on practical and strategic matters relating to acquisitions, disposals, developments, and bulk lot sales.
- You have a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of the practice, including client relationship management and business development.
