Our client is looking for a senior associate to join their Construction and Infrastructure team.
Strong skills and experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction law work is required, which allows you get involved in high profile matters and the opportunity to be satisfactory rewarded.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of construction experience at a well-regarded firm or in-house.
Job specifications:
- Drafting and negotiating construction documents.
- Managing and advising on construction disputes including arbitrations.
- Running litigation matters primarily in the supreme court and arbitrations, across various jurisdictions internationally and in Australia
- Requires a commercially astute team member, that will become a key stakeholder in growing and maintaining the business and relationships.
- Provide and receive on the job mentorship and guidance.
