In this role, you will deliver strategic legal guidance primarily in global M&A and corporate matters and also have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of areas, including commercial, employment, governance, and regulatory issues. You'll take on advanced challenges, work on pioneering projects, and enhance your expertise in a fast-paced, intellectually engaging setting.

 

About you:

 

  • Minimum of 4 years post-admission experience (preferably in an in – house legal role), with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to provide legal guidance on complex or unfamiliar issues, including international matters with support from local counsel.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: corporate law, competition law, or regulatory compliance.
  • Current NSW practising certificate (or equivalent in another Australian jurisdiction).
