We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate that would like to join a leading international law firm’s Corporate M&A team.
The ideal candidate:
- You have 5–7 years’ PQE and have been admitted in Australia, England & Wales, or another common-law jurisdiction
- You will get an opportunity to advise and support on complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as a vital member of our team.
- You will collaborate with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions and help manage work streams.
- You have a thorough understanding of key issues and potential pitfalls in complex transactions.
- You thrive in client client-facing roles and are resilient under pressure.
You will responsible for
- Mentoring and managing junior lawyers
- Helping to ensure that all requirements are met and considered when drafting complex contracts and documents
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
