Commercial Litigation Partner Dublin Salary: €Negotiable
Our Client is a boutique law firm renowned for high calibre work. The firm is particularly recognised for their expertise in the commercial litigation field and more specifically in the construction sector. An opportunity has recently arisen for a high calibre Solicitor to join the firm as partner, heading up the litigation practice.
The successful applicant will be a proven expert in the field of litigation. ADR experience is absolutely essential. You will have represented a wide range of clients to include Insurers, Accountants, Solicitors, Directors, Estate Agents, Surveyors & Valuers, Architects, Financial Advisors and Brokers. Specific experience in the construction sector is very highly desirable and preference will most definitely be given to applicants with experience in this field.
You will have worked successfully on numerous high value disputes but also ideally have had exposure to small scale matters.
The ability to manage a growing team is also essential.
