Corporate Lawyers Dublin Salary: € 70,000 – € 100,000
Our Client, a highly regarded Irish law firm with strong international connections, is seeking strong corporate lawyers to join their highly energised team.
The Department covers the range of corporate and commercial work you would expect of a leading business law firm, e.g. mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, fundraising, commercial contracts and compliance. The firm works for a wide range of commercial clients ranging from local commercial operations to multinational corporations and financial institutions and can promise a wide variety of challenging commercial work for the right candidate.
Candidates will be enthusiastic team players, good communicators with excellent technical skills and willing to working in an open and friendly office environment.

Skills & Personal Qualities Required:
1-5 years pqe in commercial/corporate law
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Companies’ legislation
Sound drafting skills
